It seems like only last year – and it was – that we posted the happy news of Nicola’s marriage to Sam Richards here on The Silver Spike.
Ever the fast worker, Nicola gave birth yesterday to Caitlin Rose Richards at 10.29am, weighing 7lb 1oz.
